During his time in the real estate investment business, Michael has executed the sourcing, financing, managing, repositioning, and exiting of a wide array of single family, multifamily and mixed-use assets. Prior to launching his own real estate companies, Michael worked at EY for over six years and gained valuable experience in accounting, finance, investment valuation, business management, team leadership, and human development.

  • Kelly is a real estate professional with extensive experience in the development and brokerage of investment real estate opportunities in the Philadelphia area.

    Over the course of his 12+ year real estate career, Kelly has led multi-million dollar acquisition / financing transactions and has developed a specialty in construction, equity and debt placements, financial modeling, tax, and zoning matters.

    Currently he is a Principal Agent of a leading sales team at Compass focused on investment sales and development opportunities.

    Prior to entering the real estate sector, Kelly worked in private equity where he was a board member and officer of several middle-market companies. He began his career in investment banking focusing on financial institutions.
